Returns, Replacements & Refunds

1. Product Archetype & Safety

Zenith Packaged Drinking Water is a consumable product governed by rigorous hygiene and safety standards under applicable Indian regulations (FSSAI). Due to its consumable nature, strict quality control and molecular safety protocols are maintained during production, packaging, and delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Mandate

Products once delivered are not eligible for return or exchange under normal circumstances. This policy ensures:

  • Maintenance of absolute hygiene standards
  • Prevention of contamination risks
  • Compliance with global food-grade safety norms

3. Exceptional Corrective Measures

A replacement may be considered only in the following high-priority cases:

  • Verified damage to packaging at the point of delivery
  • Leakage or compromised structural seals
  • Confirmed manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect unit archetype delivered

4. Incident Reporting Protocol

To request a replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within **24 hours** of successful delivery.
  • Documentation required: Clear photo/video evidence and Order Details.
*Note: Requests beyond this 24-hour window may not be architected for resolution.*

5. Validation & Resolution

All requests undergo internal verification by Maharani Beverages LLP.

  • **Approved:** A replacement will be arranged immediately.
  • **Declined:** If validity cannot be established, the request will be closed.
The company reserves the right to the final decision on all resolution paths.

6. Financial Reversal Protocols

Refunds are generally not applicable. They are considered only if:

  • Appropriate replacement is architecturally impossible.
  • The order cannot be fulfilled due to systemic constraints.
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment channel within a reasonable window.

7. Delivery Audit Responsibility

Partners and customers are advised to inspect products at the time of delivery and report any visible damage immediately. Once accepted, the product is considered delivered in proper pharmaceutical condition.

8. Boundary of Responsibility

Maharani Beverages LLP is not responsible for improper storage after delivery, mishandling by the end-user, or issues arising after the unit seal is compromised.

9. Governance Evolution

This policy may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Current protocols take precedence over historical iterations.
